Cody S. Wagner

Founding Principal

As the Founding Principal of Arbuckle Real Estate, Cody is responsible for leading the development, consulting, and brokerage platforms for our clients. Having completed over $450MM+ of real estate project value with companies such as The Irvine Company, CREDE, and other national development companies, he brings the experience to execute on any project.

Cody graduated from Westmont College with a B.A. in Economics and Business before returning to University of Maryland - College Park for his MBA in Finance.

Outside of work Cody enjoys spending time with his family and friends, serving in his local church, and enjoying the outdoors through hunting.
